Within India : We deliver to all states and union territories.
International : We ship to the USA, UK, Europe, Middle East, Australia, and more.

Standard Orders : Dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Handloom / Made-to-Order Items : May take 5–10 business days for weaving or preparation before dispatch.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
3. Delivery Timelines
India: 3–7 business days (metro cities may be faster).
International : 7–15 business days (customs clearance may cause delays).
4. Shipping Charges
India : Free shipping on orders above ₹1,999; otherwise charges vary by weight & location.
5. Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be shared via email/WhatsApp once your order ships.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update in the courier’s system.
6. Customs & Duties (International Orders)
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees in their country.
These costs are not included in the product or shipping price.
7. Delivery Attempts :
Couriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
If delivery fails and the package returns to us, re-shipping charges may apply.
8. Returns & Exchanges

Eligible Items : Unused, unworn products in original packaging, returned within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable: Custom-made items, perishable goods (like food items), and discounted “final sale” products.
Process : Contact our support team with your order number for return instructions.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
Missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
