Worldwide: Our shipping network extends globally, reaching destinations such as the USA, UK, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and many more.

2. Order Processing

  • Standard Orders: We carefully pack and dispatch your orders within 1–3 business days once your payment is confirmed.

  • Handloom & Made-to-Order Creations: Since these items are specially woven or crafted for you, they may require 5–10 business days for preparation before dispatch.

  • Weekend & Holiday Orders: Any orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Within India: Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, with faster delivery to major metro cities.

  • International Shipping: Deliveries usually take 7–15 business days depending on the destination, though customs clearance procedures may occasionally extend the timeline.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Within India: Enjoy free shipping on all orders above ₹1,999. For orders below this value, a nominal delivery fee is applied, calculated based on the weight of the package and delivery location.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number conveniently shared via email or WhatsApp.

  • Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking details to reflect and update in the courier partner’s system.

6. Customs & Duties (For International Orders)

  • Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be applicable as per your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Such costs are not included in the product price or shipping fee and may be collected by the local authorities at the time of delivery.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts at your provided address.

  • In case all attempts are unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply for sending the order again.

8. Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligible Items: Returns are accepted for unused and unworn products that are kept in their original packaging and requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Non-Returnable: Please note that custom-made creations, perishable goods (such as food items), and discounted “final sale” products cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Process: Simply reach out to our support team with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the easy return process.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or in poor condition, we kindly request you to refuse the delivery and notify us immediately so we can assist you.
