1. Cancellations

Orders once confirmed can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

For service-based engagements, cancellation requests must be made before the commencement of the service.

After the stipulated time period, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

2. Refunds

Refunds are applicable only for valid cancellations made within the permitted time frame.

For product purchases, refunds will be processed only if the item is unused, unopened, and in original condition.

For services, no refund shall be provided once the service has started.

Refunds, if approved, will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

3. Non-Refundable Items/Services

Customized, perishable, or digital goods/services are non-refundable.

Any promotional, discounted, or clearance items are not eligible for a refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

In case of a defective or damaged product received, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).

Replacement or refund will be processed after verification.
